Do Your Themes Come With Demo Content?
Yes, all our themes come with demo content. You can import the demo content and set up a site that looks just like our example site quickly and easily. It’s available to download from your members area after making your purchase.
Will Your Themes Work With My Plugin?
Do the Themes Work With WordPress Multi-Site?
Absolutely! Our demo site is powered by WordPress multi-site, hosting over 40 different sites and themes. And it works great!
Can I Use Your Themes With WordPress.com?
You can’t, unfortunately. You can only use them with your own self-hosted copy of WordPress. But don’t worry, it’s easy to set up!
Can I Use Your Themes for My Clients and Multiple Sites?
Yes. You can use a purchased theme for unlimited clients / sites / domains.
How Does The Payment Process Work?
After you select a theme or package, you enter a few details about yourself, and then you’ll be taken to our payment gateway. You can pay with any major credit/debit card, or with PayPal. After your payment has completed, you’ll automatically be taken to your member area, where your theme is waiting for you!
What Browsers and Operating Systems Do You Test the Themes On?
We test our themes on the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, across multiple operating systems. We don’t always support older versions of these browsers, but we do our best to ensure that your site still functions correctly, even if it doesn’t necessarily show all the latest visual features.
How Do I Update to the Latest Version of My Theme?
In every theme package we include a changelog.txt which includes a list of all the changes for each version. If you haven’t made any modifications to your theme files, then you can overwrite your old version. If you have made modifications to your theme, you will need to study the changelog to see which files need updating.
I’ve Installed The Theme But It’s Not Working?
All our themes should be working properly as the theme demos presented. Please read the readme.txt instruction in the theme folder before installing, and please keep the name of theme folder as default and do not change the Theme Name in the theme stylesheet(style.css).
If you still can’t get the theme working, then please do open a thread in the forum and our support stuff will help you out.
Can I Change the Language of the Theme?
Yes, you can. All our themes are translation ready. We have prepared a tutorial for this purpose.
How Often Are The Themes Updated?
We update our themes either when we find a bug that needs fixing, or if we think that a new feature should be added based on customer feedback.
Can You Help Me Customize My Theme?
This isn’t a service we offer with your theme purchase, but we’re happy to look into whether we can help as part of our seperate customization service.
