What benefits does the "Club Membership" have compared to a "Single Package"?

Club Membership gives you access to all our past WordPress themes, plus the one's released over the course of your Club Membership. Future theme updates are only available as long as your membership active.

Single Packages gives you access to only one theme. You do however receive lifetime updates to that theme.

Both Club Membership and Single Packages include lifetime access to our support forum and tutorials.

Can I use the themes after my Club Membership expires?

When your membership expires, you can still use all our themes downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee.

If I sign up and decide I don't want to use the theme, can I get my money back?

No. Once you have joined you have full access to the theme(s) and we have no way to control whether you use the theme or not. Please be sure to check out the information about the theme and also evaluate the demo site to make sure you are comfortable before joining.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Credit Card (FastSpring).

I haven't received my receipt or login details.

Normally, our system creates the account automatically after a successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually.

If you don't see your themes in the downloads section in 24 hours, then please send us an email as there is most likely an issue with your account. we'll be glad to sort it out ASAP.

I have paid for my membership, how do I log in?

After you have successfully processed the payment, your information is sent to our system and an account is created for you based on your information you previously entered. All what you need to login to the member's only section of the site use login and password which were passed during the registration process.
