You have two options, via ftp and in wp admin panel (Appearance->Editor).

There is no theme-options.php in wp admin>Appearance>Editor.

Perhaps the folder is called something else? There is a Theme Functions folder called functions.php.

i have changed the code as you suggested but when i click on save i get this

Please Go back to Dashboard, then choose Appearance -> Your Theme Options again, it will be OK.

Upgraded to wordpress 3.1 after making the changes to the Daily Theme being used. Everything is working perfectly fine!
