I’m brazilian militar of the Air Force. I’m the developer of the Air Force Portal (www.fab.mil.br).
In the moment, I need to do a site about news and journey of the activities inside the barracks.
This site has no commercial purpose and also will not be published on the Internet.
However, I would like to gain free theme “All West Africa” if possible.

Allwestafrica is not a free theme but a customization of our NewsTube theme. You might need to purchase the NewsTube theme first and contact the allwestafrica admin to see if he could give you the codes.

I am using wordpress 3.0 multi-site. The timthump of Junkie has trouble running on multi-site. I suggest Junkie should fix those errors.
