Great theme! I’ve made a few changes and would like the horizontal menu at the top to show my pages, not categories, but I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried changing “wp_list_categories” to “wp_list_pages” in the header file, but no luck with that.
How can I do this?

Hi, did you deleted something? I just replaced
< ?php wp_list_categories('title_li=&orderby=id'); ?>
with
< ?php wp_list_pages('title_li=&orderby=id'); ?>
and everything works fine. I’ve sent you a new header.php file, check it please.

Okay I found the problem…. I had a plugin limit post active from prev theme once I deactivated the preview showed up…. thanks.

I ‘ve just discovered your FashionPress Theme and I find it very very good and am planning to use it on ma site, BUt I have a little problem. I wanted to change “Read more” text to other languages, and I succedeed that for Archive, Single Post, …, but I can not change (more) that on the Index page. I can’t find that line in the code. Could you, PLEASE, help, and suggest me where to go to change that.

Hi, open functions.php and there is a function “the_content_limit”, find it then you will see how to change. Might this can help?
Thanx for your reply. Yesterday I changed text in “function” file for other situations (Single Page, Archive), there is one line left where I could chamge text, but nothing happens after the change is made.

I got the point. Open index.php and find

just replace this line with
< ?php the_content('Your Text...'); ?>
change “Your Text…” to any language as you like :-

Sorry that I didn’t built the Page Navigation function into the theme, but I will include this on next release. Even though, you can insert the following code before the comment template which was included in index.pnp and archive.php file:

Wonderful theme. How about using the same theme with some non jazzy sober colors and releasing it as a regular wordpress theme which can be used not only for fashion/ entertainment blogs but for any purpose? I would be interested in using this theme for a tech blog.

I found that if I used the Google Analytics for WordPress theme that I had to put the Google Analytics in the header instead of the footer or the google analytics code wouldn’t show up.
